How to Order
Every piece is made just for you, so every order follows the same careful steps.
Receive your quote
We review your request and artwork, then send a quote listing every item and any design, revision, rush, delivery, or shipping fee.
Pay in full
Custom production requires full payment. Payment is confirmed only when we verify it with our payment provider.
Approve your mockup
We send a digital mockup. Check every name, date, and spelling, then approve or request changes.
We create & deliver
Production starts only after payment and approval. Pick up, local delivery, shipping, or venue setup.
Studio policies
No same-day orders.
Standard custom items need at least 7 days. Shorter dates are rush requests — subject to availability and an approved rush fee.
Custom orders become nonrefundable once design work or production begins. Please contact us before work begins if you need to cancel.
Full payment must be received and verified, and your digital mockup must be approved, before production begins.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law. Read Order Terms.
Spelling: we print names and wording exactly as you approve them on the mockup.
Events & complex work are quoted after review; your date is held once the quote is accepted and paid.
Artwork: print-ready files must be PNG, 600 DPI at the print size, with a transparent background. Every file is also checked by a person.
Pricing
Simple front-print T-shirts start at $25 adult and $15 kids. Bulk orders, specialty garments, extended sizes, multiple print locations, and other items are quoted individually.

Any applicable fee is shown in your quote before you commit. Sales tax, if any, is added to your quote.
