Order Terms
Plain-language terms for custom orders, built on how the studio already works.
Requests and quotes
Sending a request does not create an order or reserve a date. We review every request and send an itemized quote. Your order is accepted once you accept the quote and pay in full.
Pricing and fees
Simple front-print T-shirts start at $25 (adult) and $15 (kids). Design, extra revision, rush, delivery, shipping and any applicable tax are quoted individually and shown in your quote before you pay.
Timelines
We don’t take same-day orders. Standard orders need at least 7 days. Requests needed sooner are rush requests: they depend on our availability and your approval of a rush fee, and the timeline is confirmed in writing. We don’t promise a deadline until it is confirmed in your quote.
Cancellations and refunds
Custom orders become nonrefundable once design work or production begins. Please contact us before work begins if you need to cancel. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Payment and mockup approval
Full payment must be received and verified, and your digital mockup must be approved, before production begins. Please check every name, date, spelling and color — what you approve is what we produce.
Events
Event inquiries don’t hold a date until the quote is accepted and payment is complete. Setup, travel and venue details are confirmed in your quote.
Your artwork
By uploading artwork or photos, you confirm you have permission to use them for your order.
Featuring finished work
With your separate, optional permission on the request form, we may feature photos or videos of your finished order on our website, social media, and marketing materials. Permission is never required to order, and it covers finished work only — not your uploaded source files, and not identifiable people, names, likenesses, children, or memorial imagery, which we publish only with separate permission from the relevant rights holder, person, or parent/guardian. You can withdraw permission for future use at any time via info@signatureluxestudio.com; materials already printed and distributed can’t be recalled.
Problems with an order
If something isn’t right, contact us within a few days of receiving your order at info@signatureluxestudio.com or (386) 977-9520 with photos, and we’ll work with you on a solution.
