A plain summary of what we collect with your requests and how we look after it.

What we collect

Request details you enter: name, email, phone, preferred contact method, dates, quantities, sizes, wording, budget, fulfillment choice and any delivery, shipping or venue address.
Files you upload: artwork and inspiration or memorial photos.
If you create an account: your email address and sign-in details (or your Google sign-in).
A one-way coded fingerprint of your network address and email, used only to limit repeated requests.
Your marketing-message preference and your optional permission to feature your finished work in our marketing — both off unless you choose them. For finished-work permission, we also record the date and exact wording you agreed to.

To review your request, prepare a quote and mockup, take payment, make and deliver your order, and contact you about it.
Your uploaded photos and files are used only for your order and stay private.
Only if you separately give permission on your request form, we may feature photos or videos of your finished order on our website, social media, and marketing materials. This covers the finished work only — never your uploaded source photos or files, and never identifiable people, names, likenesses, children, or memorial imagery without separate permission from the relevant rights holder, person, or parent/guardian. We don’t publish third-party artwork or copyrighted assets without the relevant rights holder’s permission.

Requests, accounts and uploaded files are stored privately in our website’s hosted database and file storage (Lovable Cloud). Uploaded files are not public; only the studio owner can open them through short-lived private links.
If you use the optional “Help me write my description” tool, your notes and the photos you add there are sent to an AI service through Lovable’s AI gateway to draft text. Skip it if you prefer.
Payments are handled on Square’s secure checkout page. We never receive or store your card number.
When order emails are switched on, your email address and order reference are passed to our email delivery service to send those messages.

To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, email info@signatureluxestudio.com or call (386) 977-9520. We may keep records we need for completed orders and payments.
You can opt out of any marketing messages at any time.
You can withdraw finished-work permission for future use at any time by emailing info@signatureluxestudio.com. We’ll stop new uses, but we can’t recall printed materials already distributed.
